У монографії розкрито теоретико-методичні засади моніторингу якості навчаль- ного процесу у вищому навчальному закладі. Значну увагу на матеріалах вітчизня- них і зарубіжних досліджень приділено аналізу сучасної теорії та практики управ- ління якістю вищої освіти та якості навчального процесу у вищому навчальному закладі. The monograph covers the results of the research on the educational quality monitoring in the higher educational establishment. The educational process in the higher educational establishment is considered by the author as a multicomponent system. Its quality depends on the possibility of providing of development and realization of the qualitative characteristics of educational process components, as well as their interaction to achieve results, expected by the actors of educational process and results thatwere planned earlier. The significant number of the objects that are considered to be a specific feature of educational quality monitoring is determined by the process and resultative aspects of educational process, as well as by various administrative impacts on the quality of education of its subjects. In order to introduce educational quality monitoring, its model was defined and developed. The implementation of the educational quality monitoring is technologically provided by the development in accordance with the certain algorithm and by the realization of the interconnected monitoring procedures aimed to evaluate educational quality monitoring by any definition, determine the challenges of functioning of educational process, work out this problem solution and optimize the process of educational management.
