Abstract

У монографії подано комплексну характеристику системи професійної освіти в туризмі, значну увагу приділено процесу її формування в Україні, Російській Федерації та Республіці Білорусь. На основі аналізу державних освітніх стандартів професійної освіти простежується генезис змісту підготовки фахівців сфери ту- ризму. Видання буде корисним для науковців, викладачів-практиків, представників державних туристських установ та організацій, працедавців у сфері туризму – усіх, хто зацікавлений у вирішенні кадрових проблем індустрії туризму. Shchuka G. P. The System of Professional Education in the Sphere of Tourism in the Russian Federation, Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus. – Мonography. This monograph investigates the professional tourism education from the point of view of the systematic approach, and this allows to characterize it as a result of the interaction between the professional, the tourist and the educational spaces and to highlight the essential elements of its structure. From this position the possibility of defining specialties and specializations in the system of professional tourist education is considered and the necessity of distinguishing two main directions of training specialists (that for the sphere of tourism and that for the sphere of hospitality) is justified. This paper analyses the process of the formation of the systems of professional education in tourism in Ukraine, in the Republic of Belarus and in the Russian Federation, beginning with the analysis of training specialists in the sphere of tourism in the Soviet Union and the definition of the inheritance, that each of the republics has received by the period of the proclamation of independence. Simultaneous analysis of the formation of the systems of professional tourism education in the considered republics allowed to define the main factors that determine the efficiency of this process. A considerable attention is paid to the principles of the formation of the content of professional tourist education and its genesis. The paper defines general trends and national peculiarities of the organization of professional education in tourism in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and the possibilities of using the experience of those states in the practice of the domestic tourism education.
