Доброчинність у сфері освіти України в ХІХ – на початку ХХ ст. - 2009.

Abstract

У роботі подано комплексний аналіз становлення та розвитку доброчинності у сфері освіти України в ХІХ – на початку ХХ ст. Проаналізовано головні теоретико-методологічні засади доброчинності у сфері освіти. Визначено три етапи розвитку доброчинності у сфері освіти – фундушовий (1803 – 1832 рр.), люстраційний (1832 – 1864 рр.), системних тенденцій (1864 – 1918 рр.). Представлено роль та значення приватної та громадської ініціативи в підтримці освіти; окреслено можливості доброчинної підтримки побуту учнів, благоустрою й забезпечення бібліотек у різних навчальних закладах України; визначено головні етноконфесійні характеристики доброчинності у сфері освіти України досліджуваного періоду. Проаналізовано місце та роль різних прошарків населення в суб’єктній структурі доброчинної підтримки сфери освіти; визначено значення земств в організації доброчинності у сфері освіти України; простежено розвиток системних тенденцій у доброчинній підтримці початкових, середніх навчальних закладів та закладів соціальної опіки дітей. Проаналізовано сучасний стан доброчинності у сфері освіти в Україні; визначено сутність фандрайзингу як перспективної стратегії доброчинної підтримки сфери освіти. The dissertation contains the complex analysis of formation and development of charity in the sphere of education of Ukraine in XIX – the beginning of XX c. The main theoretical and methodological principles of charity in the sphere of education are analyzed in the dissertation. The three stages of the development of charity in the sphere of education are analyzed – the phundush stage (1803 – 1839), the lustration stage (1832 – 1864), the stage of system tendencies (1864 – 1918). The role and the significance of public and private initiative in the support of education is presented; the opportunities of charitable support of student’s mode of life, public welfare and the support of the libraries in different educational institutions of Ukraine are defined; the main ethno-religious characteristics of charity in the sphere of education of Ukraine in the period under study are revealed. The place and the role of different layers of society in the subject structure of charitable support of the sphere of education is analyzed; the importance of zemstv in the organization of charity in the sphere of education of Ukraine is defined; the development of system tendencies in charitable support of elementary, secondary educational institutions and institutions of social guardianship under children is traced. The present-day condition of charity in the sphere of education of Ukraine is analyzed; the essence of fundraising as the perspective strategy of charitable support of the sphere of education is defined.
