В статье рассматривается модель стратегического управления ресурсным обеспечением предприятий АПК, позволяющая откорректировать цели предприятий с учетом выбранных приоритетных направлений развития и об-щей стратегии, а также выявить комбинации возможностей внешней и внутренней среды, организовать наиболее эффективное использование наличных и потенциальных ресурсов. = The article is devoted to analyses of a model of strategic management of agri-cultural enterprises’ resources, which allows to correct the enterprises’ aims by tak-ing into account defined priority directions of development and strategy of develop-ment, and to define various combinations of possibilities of external and internal en-vironment, to organize the most effective use of available and potential resources.
